Credit Control

We will be your online Credit Controller. We will create and submit your sales invoices to your clients. In case of their late payment, we will liaise with your clients and send up to 3 late payment reminders. We will keep your sales ledger updated on daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on your preference. We will follow up your clients’ Remittance advices and will provide customer accounts’ reconciliation. Along with all of this, an Aged Debtor Report will be provided on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis upon request. Having the needed experience, we will provide an excellent customer experience. We will manage all of this on your accounting software or on our own program. There is no additional cost for the software.


Purchase Ledger

As part of this service we will manage and process your purchase invoices, and reconcile your suppliers’ account. We can be of an assistance to you and prepare a BACS file for your weekly/fortnightly/monthly payment runs, as well. We will maintain all of your supplier queries in regards to their payments. We will even contact your supplier in case of missing invoice or to request your Statement of account. We will provide an outstanding customer service. Again, everything will be maintained online and you will not need to worry about any additional space/desk/computer in your office.  We will use your accounting software or our own. There will not be any additional cost for the programme.



We will look after your monthly bookkeeping in the best way possible! All you need to do is send us copy of your sale/purchase invoices, copy of your staff payslips and copy of your bank statements. And leave us do the rest. Easy, is not it? We will maintain your general ledger and will keep it up to date with all relevant information. All of your sale and purchase invoices will be processed and bank payments will be posted accordingly. We will reconcile all your bank and credit card accounts. Your accruals and prepayments will be managed on monthly basis, so at the month end you will have a full picture of your business. Your other monthly journals as salaries, depreciation, etc. will be maintained and posted accordingly.  Your ledger will be up-to-date for the month end. This will be done online on your accounting software or we will do it for free on Xero or QuickBooks (as always we will try to accommodate your preferences).



We will go further and will not only maintain your monthly bookkeeping, but will also provide a monthly pack of Financial reports, ready to be used for your management meetings. We will draft a nice pack with your monthly Balance Sheet, Trail Balance, Profit & Loss. We will also prepare and provide you with reconciliation of your main accounts. Additionally, if your company is Tax registered we will prepare and submit your VAT return to HMRC.

We would recommend you to use a different body for your Year End accounts. Yes, we can provide this service for your, but to be honest having a separate company going through your yearly accounts for a second check is advisable! As they say: ‘Two heads are better than one.’.
